I think having more than 1 guitar helps in terms of being a bit more proactive to keep playing, tho I don't like people that buy basically the same guitar constantly, i have 2 strats buy they sound extremely different.
Mostly I have these 3 to have variations in sounds and to have a backup in case something happens to one of em, the ibanez is like a 335 style and is good for more acoustic stuff or when playing jazz

2 single coils fender noiseless for neck and middle and DiMarzio chopper single coil sized humbucker, the neck is 12-16 compound radius
